GAME 1: PICKERING MITSUBISHI vs. BRENT'S PLUMBING

Pickering Mitsubishi came out firing right out of the gate as young gun Josh Hodge busted out with a great grab and 35 yard run resulting in a touchdown on the first play of the game.  Brent's responded quickly with a TD from Brandon Pottle, scoring in true 'Pottle' fashion and continued to battle hard throughout the game.  Mitsubishi stepped up their 'D' the rest of the game with a 'bend but don't break' attitude while Matt Rafuse and Travis Thomas contributed offensively with 24 points combined.  Despite giving up 18 points to Brandon, Pickering managed to rally all the way to the end and capture a well earned win.  [FINAL SCORE: PM-34, BP-22]. GAME MVP - Brandon Pottle.

GAME LEADERS: [PICKERING] Matt Rafuse (3 TD), Travis Thomas (1 TD, 1 INT), Josh Hodge (1 TD), Rob Pacas (4 1-XP), Chris Fealy (1 INT). [BRENT'S] Brandon Pottle (3 TD, 1 1-XP, 1 2-XP), Kyle Shaw (1 1-XP), Andrew Cater (1 Sack), Miguel Morris ( 1 Sack).

GAME 2: TRANSMISSION DEPOT vs. HAMPTON REGAL

The 10:30 matchup saw two young and talented QB's go head-to-head in QB Andrew Heaney (Transmission) and QB Ryan Stephens (Hampton).  In the beginning this was a back-and-forth game favouring Transmission who led 26-0 at half.  Third quarter Transmission really began to dial it up on both sides of the ball.  QB Andrew Heaney was on fire, spreading the ball around to five different receivers for scoring plays, shredding the Hampton defense in the process.  Once they got rolling Transmission never looked back as their full team effort earned them a decisive 45-0 win.  [FINAL SCORE:  TMD-45, HRM-0].  GAME MVP - Craig Perry.

GAME LEADERS: [TRANSMISSION] Aaron Raccipoa (2 TD, 1 INT), Victor Alisauskas (2 TD, 1 1-XP), Navan Bennet (1 TD, 1 INT), Ryan Charlton (1 TD), Craig Perry (1 INT, 3 Sack), Andrew Heaney (2 1-XP).  [HAMPTON] Neave Narain (1 INT), Jason DeSouza (1 Sack).

GAME 3:MOODY CONSTRUCTION vs. SCUGOG SPORTSWARE

The 'Football Gods' smiled upon Moody Construction as they fought tooth and nail right up to the end in this game.  QB Shad Ross (Moody) was on point and got some excellent performances from Kevin Roberts and Andrew Brimpong.  Moody dominated on both sides of the ball for most of the game while Scugog struggled to gain momentum.  Bryan Earle and Shane Ruest provided Scugogs only points (8), which were not enough to match Moody's intensity.  Next week Moody looks to their next challenge in Direct Elevator, while Scugog hopes to put up a better effort against Brent's Plumbing.  [FINAL SCORE: MC-13, SGS-8].  GAME MVP - Kevin Roberts.

GAME LEADERS: [MOODY] Kevin Roberts (1 TD, 1 INT), Andrew Blair (1 TD), Andrew Brimpong (1 INT, 1 1-XP).  [SCUGOG] Bryan Earle (1 TD, Shane Ruest (1 INT, 1 2-XP), Brad Spencer (1 INT, 1 Sack).

GAME 4: DIRECT ELEVATOR vs. DAWKSPORTS (Josh Devine vs. Josh.0 Devine - Part 1)

With QB Stu McNeill away, QB Mikey Bezzant filled in admirably for Direct against older bro QB Buzz Bezzant (DawkSports).  Mikey was doing double duty in this one as Direct only had 7 players but played hard in true 'Iron Man' spirit.  Josh Devine ( ....which Josh Devine?) was in the zone for Direct contributing all of their points while going back and forth against natural nemisis Josh.0 Devine (DawkSports).  Despite some amazing effort from both Josh's, it was the supporting crew for DawkSports making the supreme difference, outlasting the short-handed Direct Elevator squad for the win.  DawkSports can lock up 1st place with a win next week against Transmission Depot.  [FINAL SCORE: DE-14, DS-22].  GAME MVP - QB Mike Bezzant.

GAME LEADERS: [DIRECT] Josh Devine (2 TD, 1 INT, 2 1-XP), Larry Blackman (1 INT).  [DAWKSPORTS] Josh.0 Devine (1 TD, 1 FG, 1 1-XP), Marlon Wong (1 TD), Dimitri Kostas (1 TD).
